Yes, a deposit is required to book the kitchen. For regular users, usually it’s a month deposit. For occasional users, it’s £100 + VAT.

Most bills are included in the monthly price, such as Internet wifi, waste management, water and heating, business charge. Electricity is usually included but in some cases it might be excluded.

If you are a regular user, you will be enrolled for monthly Direct Debit payments. If you would like to terminate the hire agreement (unless you have a fixed term contract) we require 1 to 2 months’ written notice.
